Day by day
Day 1Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast we leave for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch, then drive to the lodge in the late afternoon.
Day 2Into the Serengeti
After breakfast we drive into the Serengeti, game-driving on the way and stopping for lunch inside the park. We continue in the afternoon before reaching camp.
Day 3Full day in the Serengeti
Leave camp with a picnic lunch for a full game drive in the heart of the Serengeti. Look for the migration herds, lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, crocodile, topi and gazelle, then return to camp for the sunset.
Day 4Serengeti to Karatu
After breakfast we game-drive towards Naabi Hill Gate, leave the Serengeti, and drive to Karatu through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Day 5Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full game drive, then return to Karatu in the late afternoon for dinner.
Day 6Lake Manyara and return to Arusha
We head to Lake Manyara with a packed lunch for a full game drive among its baboons, flamingos and tree-climbing lions, then drive to Arusha in the late afternoon for your overnight stay, or straight to the airport.
